Head massage has been practiced in India for over one thousand years. Indian head massage is based on traditional Indian massage techniques and is performed in around 30 minutes. Most people hold tension in their head, neck and shoulders.
In this course, you will learn over eighty techniques to help with:
- Relieve head &shoulder tension
- Muscle strain
- Stress relief
- Enhance hair growth and texture
- Simply enjoy a remarkable and relaxing experience
The massage techniques taught include neck, should, back, scalp and face massage. The Indian head massage method includes lymphatic drainage massage as well as working on and gaining an understanding of the different chakras (energy centres of the body).
The sense of relaxation and well being it brings has to be experienced to be understood. This intensive course enables you to practice it immediately, anywhere, professionally or with family and friends.
Places on the course are limited to small groups and early registration is advised to avoid disappointment. The first course takes two days to complete, from 10.00 am – 5.00pm. Bring a large towel and wear loose clothing.
After the course, a Practitioner certificate, insurance and membership for the International Institute for Complementary Therapists is available.

About Your Instructor – Michele Wolff
Michele Wolff is a registered nurse and Naturopath/Herbalist/Nutritionist. (B.HSc, R.N.), educated in the UK and Australia. She has been teaching for 15 years and has taught in London, Australia and New Zealand. She is the only trained and accredited teacher of this type of Indian Head Massage in Australia.
Michele runs her own clinic, Ultimate Detox Solutions, where she works as a Naturopath and Colonic irrigation specialist. Other approaches Michele uses in her practice are aromatherapy with chinese diagnosis, detoxification programs, reiki, iridology, flower essences, hypnosis, hypnobirthing and NLP.
